The Euro is still remarkably recovering. It might be good for me as I have put my eye to a new G-Shock.

I bought 2 many T-Shirts (again). The shipping costs are killing me.

Total price: ¥16490.-
Rate: 1 EUR = 109459 JPY
Calculated price charged from my bank account: €150.65

I bought 2 Lucky Cats charms in China

Total price: $14.97
Rate: 1 EUR = 1.31200 USD
Calculated price charged from my bank account: €11.40

I didn't notice the Euro was recovering this fast, until I read this newsflash on my iPhone. I missed the part that the Euro passed the $1,35 level, but this is a good rate too.
Not much buying lately. My bicycle broke down totally, so I have to buy a new bike. I found a nice new bike for €925.-. I could have bought 10 G-Shocks for that price.

While in Japan, I bid on an auction of a special G-Shock for a friend of me in Kyoto. Also I had to pay postage for some things I could not take with me in my suitcase anymore (including a Boks-kun). Total price for everything was 13050 yen.  I was charged €121.09 with a rate: 1 Euro = 107,778 Japanese Yen.

I don't know what happened this morning, but suddenly the Euro is worth less than $1.30. Ay ay...

It could be better. The Euro is slowly giving terrain to the US Dollar. The Yen is still very stable, usually just under 11000 yen for €100.-, now just above.

I bought too many things in Japan in the past three weeks. I can't remember. Yesterday my bank calculated €8.- for currency exchange... If I visit Japan again in the Future, I should use my credit card more often...
